Past Creators Workshop guest Ed Brisson (Comeback) has a new ongoing series out this week from Image Comics…and it has a Comics Experience connection!
Namely, this new series was edited by CE alum and Book Club Manager Paul Allor!
In addition to being a writing alum of Comics Experience, Paul is also an alum of our Comic Book Editing & Project Management course, so we’re happy to see his first Image Comics editing gig hitting the stands.
Sheltered has been called a pre-apocalyptic tale of survival…at any cost. The men and women of Safe Haven have been preparing for any-and-all end of world scenarios for years. However, their bunkers, weapons and training can’t save them from the one threat they never could have expected: their own children.
The title is written by Ed Brisson, with art by Johnnie Christmas, and colors by Shari Chankhamma, in addition to Paul’s edits.
Issue #1 of Sheltered hits comic books shops this Wednesday, July 10, 2013.
