The Once and Future Queen, with art by Nick Brokenshire, re-imagines the King Arthur mythos for the twentieth century, featuring characters of diverse ethnicities and sexual orientations — but still maintaining the mythic, magical, and romantic essence of the medieval legends.
Published by Dark Horse Comics, The Once and Future Queen debuted in March 2017 and the trade paperback was published in November 2017. It was a nominee for the 2018 Dwayne McDuffie Award for Diversity in Comics.
