Comics Experience Publishing is expanding into digital!
Now, in addition to our line of print titles released with IDW Publishing, we’re excited to launch plans for an upcoming slate of digital-exclusive titles on ComiXology!
Comics Experience alum Pete Rogers has been named Editor of Digital Content to spearhead this expansion. In his new role, Pete will oversee the digital publishing process as we develop and promote even more great content from within our Creators Workshop community!
Pete is a Comics Experience alum and Creators Workshop member. His past projects include the Eagle Award-nominated anthology Eleventh Hour (published by his own Orang Utan Comics), and The Interactives (Markosia). Pete’s experience publishing his own work on ComiXology helps make him the perfect fit for this newly created position!
Our digital plans will kick off with a submissions period open to all members of the Creators Workshop. Submissions will be accepted from September 15 through October 15, 2015. Any project published by Comics Experience through ComiXology can be considered for IDW’s print publishing program as well!
To submit, you must be a member of the Creators Workshop – our online community where members exchange critiques on art and writing, discuss craft, and explore topics of interest to the comics industry. To learn more, visit our Creators Workshop page here!
