NYCC 2014 was one of Comics Experience’s busiest conventions ever!
Our con presence included a booth on the show floor offering portfolio reviews for artists and writers, conducted by special guests Paul Allor, Robert Atkins, Reilly Brown, David Finch, Kyle Higgins, Justin Jordan, Chris Ryall, and Chris Sotomayor!
CE founder Andy Schmidt was also at the booth, reviewing portfolios and distributing information. He also made appearances on three panels.
We capped off Friday’s events with a Comics Experience meet-up! Attendees included CE students, alums, workshop members, industry professionals and friends, all gathering to enjoy conversation, community and our shared appreciation for comics.
