CE alum Paul Allor to write “Past the Last Mountain” for Th3rd World Studios

Th3rd World Studios recently announced that CE alum and staffer Paul Allor will be writing a new series, Past the Last Mountain.

Past-the-last-mountain-fcbd-coverTh3rd World released the cover of the new series, noting that it will be part of the company’s Free Comic Book Day offering.

The book will feature a story by Paul with art by Thomas Boatwright. Paul and Thomas previously collaborated on the critically-acclaimed Orc Girl, published by Challenger Comics.

According to Multiversity, the story will feature a trio of fantastic creatures who escape human imprisonment to seek a fabled sanctuary known only as “Dragon Lake.” Paul in his own announcement referred to the book as “an all-ages geopoliticasl fantasy.”

Paul has also recently written a four-issue story arc in G.I. Joe, as well as a TMNT mini-series, Utrom Empire, for IDW.

Th3rd World Studios is the publisher of the New York Times-bestseller The Stuff of Legend, as well as the critically-acclaimed series Finding Gossamyr. The company’s Free Comic Book Day offering will include both PTLM and Finding Gossamyr.
