Andy Schmidt’s Introduction to Writing for Video Games workshop – first announced in February – begins April 6, but you’re going to have to hurry if you want to enroll. Space is extremely limited, and our open spaces are getting snapped up pretty fast. We keep class sizes small to ensure all participants receive the instruction they need to facilitate their creative growth.
This five-week class pulls from Andy’s experience working on Transformers: Devastation – named one of the 12 best games of 2015 by Kotaku – and other games to give you an idea about what to expect when working in the industry. Every week, you’ll tackle different assignments meant to help you familiarize yourself with all the ins and outs of writing video games in a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment.
You can sign up for the Introduction to Writing for Video Games course here.
If you want to make comics, write, draw, letter, and color comics, or improve as a comics creator, you’ll find like-minded friends and colleagues in our online workshops and courses. We hope to see you there!
